Walk In Ready helps you prepare for a hard conversation, rehearse it, and work out afterwards how it went. This page says what happens to what you share with it.

What we keep

• Your conversations, your plan and your rehearsal scores, so you can continue on any device.
• A scrambled ID made from your email address with a secret key, so we can tell it's you next time. We don't store the address itself.
• When you created your account, and that you confirmed you're 18 or older and had read this notice.
• If you turn on "Help improve the coach": an anonymous summary of each plan (the kind of situation, the approach, and your 1 to 5 rating), with no names and no chat text.

Who else handles it

• Cloudflare hosts the site and the database and sends the sign-in emails. To do that it sees your email address when a code is sent, and your IP address when you use the site.
• Anthropic writes the replies, so your messages are sent to its Claude models. Anthropic doesn't use them to train its models.

We don't sell your data or show ads.

How long we keep it

Your conversations stay until you ask us to delete them; nothing is deleted automatically yet. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes. On each device you stay signed in for 30 days, or until you sign out.

To get a copy of your data or have all of it deleted, email feedback@walkinready.app from the address you sign in with.
